Plan a Mitzvah Project

Organizing a Mitzvah Project to benefit the IDF soldiers is a unique opportunity to do something truly amazing for these brave men and women. In addition to supporting the FIDF cause, you will also learn more about the soldiers, develop leadership skills, and have a lot of fun! There is a range of possible Mitzvah Projects – sporting events, bake-sales, walk-a-thons, fashion shows, events with visiting Israeli soldiers – and FIDF will provide the guidance and assistance to ensure that whatever project you choose to do, it will be a great success.

Testimonials

"I always wanted to do something good to mark my Bar Mitzvah. My parents have always shown me the rewards of Chesed and of giving Tzedakah. The LEGACY Program was the perfect choice for me, because it allowed me to combine my Jewish values, my love of Israel, and children of my own age who were disadvantaged."

- Jordan Stark, dedicated his Mitzvah Project to the LEGACY Bar/Bat Mitzvah program.

"I chose this project because if the soldiers in Israel were not protecting the interests of all Jews we would not be safe, and it is important to support them as much as we can. My experience with the soldiers was very meaningful because I got to meet some of the many soldiers that serve in the IDF - and that isn’t something you get to do every day, it is a very special experience."
- Rachel Shapiro, dedicated her Mitzvah Project to the DIGNITY program.
