The Young Leadership Division (YL) of FIDF provides individuals in their 20's to 40's the opportunity to become involved in the organization’s work while socializing and networking with their peers. YL sponsors events throughout the year, such as community-wide Shabbat dinners and parlor meetings with visiting soldiers, to raise awareness about FIDF’s various programs. YL also hosts fundraising parties at local hot spots that attract hundreds of guests. YL allocates the funds it raises at these events to support various FIDF programs.

Greetings from the National YL mission to Israel
On Thursday, July 12th the National Young Leadership Mission joined over 400 soldiers from the Nachal Reconnaissance Battalion as well as 60 naval cadets for a truly special evening of friendship and fun at the R&R Facility in Ashkelon. Read More

Young Leadership Mission to Israel 2011
This past August, 23 members of the FIDF Young Leadership (YL) community participated in the 8th Annual Young Leadership Mission to Israel. The 11 day trip traced the life of an IDF soldier from his/her first day at the military induction center (Bakum) to training bases around the country and unit posts on the borders.
